Naming your restaurant after a type of building was an interesting choice.  It could result in restaurants named skyscraper.  Fat, concrete block with windows.  Or perhaps, German Gymnasium. My impression of German food is that is it is straightforward, to the point, hearty and unpretentious.

Sometimes I yearn for junk food. I think it has an undeserved reputation as sloppy, lacking in refinement, dirty and smelly.  Some of these adjectives may be true but maybe it is just down to semantics.  In alternative phrasing, it could also be described as

The word “wheelcake” was a new one for me. As for the word “island”, perhaps that is a reference to Taiwan, which is the last bastion of the Republic of China.  Not to be confused with the People’s Republic of China.  Failure to use the

Desperation can manifest in fascinating individualistic ways.  I think current nomenclature likes to refer to this as “providing for tailor made needs”. For me, the process was an interest that became an urge.  That soon took on further shape by crystallizing into a tangible objective.
