Botswana safari part 3
On safari, I gained a new found appreciation for human models. With a bird, lion or hippo, you just had to wait for them to decide to do something photogenic. Despite my chanting of “yawn, yawn yawn” to the hippos, it only provoked a lackadaisical opening mouth once.
All other requests were promptly ignored.
Despite such lack of courtesy by the wildlife on this front, I significantly enjoyed my time in Bostwana with Pangolin Photo Safaris. At the end of the astounding week, we left with outstanding memories, a relaxed demeanor and full SD cards.

Sometimes bordem (or frustration) is too much for hippos. Sometimes it causes some to to take a bite out of others.

When things get too much, even jacanas need to cool their heads off.

At the end of our last day on safari, we also felt like walking off into the sunset as a fitting farewell. Perhaps the plane might forget me and I can stay here forever.
