Went skiing on the weekend with the other trainees.  Shiga kogen is the biggest ski resort in Japan and consists of 21 linked ski areas catering for every type of ability!  It sure is one massive place.  And it only takes about 3 hours to

Today we went to a secret restaurant. Its actually a fish monger in front.  It was going to be the most amazing meal I had had in Tokyo yet!  This redefines freshness… The front entrance Tuna sashimi on tuna bone.  So good.  Redefines freshness Flying

At the Miyajima Ryokan 10 course dinner served in your room. First course – milk tofu Second course – sashimi Third course – rice roll, kumqat, carrot, brocolli and fugu (the jelly thing).  Also some beans in the side. Fourth course – Fish stew (cod)
