Some type of shell fish sliced quite thinly. Quite a chewy texture and nutty flavour with some nori.
Dashi stock with crab dumpling and negi
Sushi – toro and some other yummy fish
Scallops with negi in a light ponzu (citrus soy sauce)
Fish with some weird plant thingy. Quite watery with a slight salty taste. Went well with the lime and daikon
Mixed rice (maze gohan) with mussels and negi and other stuff with pickled veg on the side
Red miso soup
