The next day we went off to check out some more iconic Kyoto sites. This is probably one of the most spectacular.  This is Kinkakuji temple.  And that gold looking stuff on the temple walls. Its not gold foil. Its real gold. Probably quite a good

Continuing on our walk around we passed some other interesting side streets. Some led to temples (that’s Chionin temple at the end). And some just led to people’s houses. But most of them were lined with lovely sakura. This is part of Chionin.  Although it
