London triathlon

A big day begins.

Well, not for me.  My tri is in 2 weeks.

Instead, I went to watch my friend compete in the London triathlon.

What is it?  12,000 people who:

Swim

A closer look

Cycle

And a closer look

And Run!

I will die if I try that…

And after all we all calmed down, there was a little browsing of the expo
