Fuji – around the lake
Fuji gokou – the five lakes of Fuji. As a place for the urbanites of Tokyo to come and relax with magnificent views of Mount Fuji.
We arrived at just the right time for for koyu (the turning the autumn leaves). It looked like people were getting into the festivities, in the shadow of mount fuji. I wasn’t going to climb it this time though! Once was enough.
